MISSION C.A.R.A. wishes to be involved in the rehabilitation of Detroit. We are working to rejuvenate our neighborhood through partnerships with businesses and neighbors.We believe that the beginning of the turnaround for our city is in citizens becoming proactive in making the changes needed for our prosperity. We recognise that Detroit has a psychological illness of hoplessness and despair that can be countered by repairing our neighborhoods, restoring relationships with youth, active dialogue between citizens and businesses as well as dialogue and action with the politicians we (the people) put in positions of trust. Our new website will be a conduit for the citizens of our neighborhood to the city, the state, the country, the media and the world.
